Training & Education
Recognizing the importance of proper tools in medical practice, SANC facilitates the provision of essential neurosurgical equipment to partner hospitals in Africa. This support ensures that local medical professionals have access to the necessary instruments to perform advanced procedures, thereby enhancing the quality of care for patients.
Medical Equipment & Support
SANC organizes and participates in surgical missions across various African countries, focusing on providing advanced neurosurgical care and training. These missions involve close collaboration with local medical teams to perform complex surgeries and deliver educational sessions, enhancing patient outcomes and strengthening local capacity. Most recently, a mission was carried out in Ghana, and new initiatives are being planned for the coming year.

By collaborating on scientific studies and sharing findings, SANC aids in the continuous improvement of neurosurgical techniques and patient care protocols, benefiting both African and global medical communities.
Research & Development
At Educational visits in Sweden African colleagues can learn about procedures and techniques not yet available at home. In 2020 SANC arranged an anatomical dissection course for neurosurgeons from Nigeria and Ghana.
We will offer longer targeted training period in Sweden of key personell in cooperation with Sahlgrenska International Care.
